Our Story

RN Guardian began with a simple, heartfelt moment between two friends.

“I’m SO glad you were there!”

She'd been admitted to the ER, and I stayed with her—taking notes, asking questions, making sure she understood what was happening, and what the next step would be.  Later, I picked up her medications and got her home safely. To me, as a mother and Registered Nurse it was all second nature, but to her it meant peace in a time of chaos.

Soon after, a client shared how hard it was to manage her mother’s appointments in Wilmington while caring for her own family in Charlotte. Finally, I heard about a woman who had to endure a painful dental procedure without medication because her ride fell through. That was the turning point—I knew something needed to be done!

That’s why I created RN Guardian: to be there when you can’t, to make sure appointments aren’t overwhelming, and to give peace of mind that nothing is missed.

Busy lives shouldn’t mean sacrificing quality care. RN Guardian is here to support you and your loved ones because being in two places at once isn’t possible!

About Me.

Hi! I am Elisa

I grew up the youngest of 5 in coastal Connecticut and spent my childhood caring for my well loved cabbage patch dolls and taking my guinea pig Annie for walks.

When it came time for college I headed off to the great state of Oklahoma to continue my education and spent the next 16 years raising my four beautiful children- Alexa, Luke, Logan and Aleia.

After finishing my education and passing the NCLEX I packed my 4 children (and one adorable puppy, Siri ) and headed for the sunny shores of Hampstead, North Carolina!  There we would find miles of sandy beaches with big waves, and even bigger traffic jams. It quickly became home—a place where my family could grow, explore, and where I could begin building the next chapter of my nursing journey.
